This year I have a locked honesty box fixed to the railings, which unfortunately means that you won’t be able to get change out of the box. However, I’ve gone all high tech and you can now pay with PayPal if you have an account. Scan the QR code on my notice with your phone, and it should take you straight to making a payment with PayPal.
I grow plants in my tiny greenhouse at home to sell from my garden gate. All my plants are grown in peat-free compost, I don’t use any insecticides and most of the plants I sell are attractive to bees, butterflies or other pollinating insects. My aim is to provide plants that you can be sure won’t harm beneficial insects or peat bogs. Plants that are truly wildlife friendly.
I am based at the Methodist Chapel in Sturton-le-Steeple, North Nottinghamshire. You can buy plants from the front gate most days from spring to late summer. I operate with an honesty box, but I’m generally around in the garden or greenhouse if you want to come and say hello. You can now also pay using PayPal, if you have an account.
